Gilles Mansard owns 24 hectares of vineyards, in the valley of the river Marne.
He passes on his passion and his knowledge to his sons, representatives of the fifth generation.
Very respectful of the nature, he practises the wine growing reasoned for several years. He makes his champagnes from 3 grapes (from his vines) : pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay. Only the grapejuice of the first pressing is used to assure the finesse of the future champagne, and his reserve wines protect its qualitative and gustative constancy. His wines aged in oak barrels are used for his famous Cuvée Grand Art.
From Monday to Saturday from
9:30am to 12:30am and from 1:30pm to 6:00pm.
